Easiest thing to do is count out each month from there 😄 so 10/03/2018 would have been 1 month pregnant and yesterday 10/07/2018 would have officially been 5 months pregnant 😍
As long as people remember that it's at the end of the time frame listed and not the beginning. You're in your first month of pregnancy during weeks 1-4 but you're not 1 month pregnant until the end of that time. This is helpful especially for ladies with irregular cycles. But if you average a 28 day cycle it's easiest to count months from the first day of last period.

Girl me too! This is our third and I'm like what the heck! So I go count out months from lmp and it's been pretty accurate for me so far 😉
