Who had or will have their placenta encapsulated?

I’m also curious! I am going to have mine encapsulated, one of my friends swears by it.

I’m doing it with my next pregnancy!

I did it but I didn’t really notice much of a difference when I took them. I still had PPD but maybe it did help in ways I didn’t notice.
