I lost a lot of weight on it and bled the entire time I was on it. Worst of all, I did get pregnant while on it. I ended up miscarrying. It didn't work well for me. The regular pill gave me horrible headaches and made me gain 30 pounds in 3 months. The mini pill made me spot the entire time I was on it. Birth control really doesn't work well with my body. Luckily my husband plans on getting fixed.

@jamisontalia7, I would do your research and maybe switch to something else next time, if you think that's best. Everyone is different so it may not effect you those ways. I personally loved the nuvaring since I sucked at pills. I had no side effects.

I haven't heard many good things about it. Many women have trouble conceiving after the shot, like years. And I know several who gained 50+ lbs!

They did for me when I took it years ago. But they did make me spot a lot and kinda made me crazy
