I gave birth naturally yesterday on July 9th, 2018 at 7:23 p.m to Suhail Bin Zayd Marrero 💙. My results were a healthy baby, two small tears and two newly happy parents; my husband and I. I'm so grateful that I was able and determined to give birth naturally without any drugs for my first child. It is really mind over matter 😊, I'm so happy I prepared well for my pregnancy and labor. I only have videos of suhail I wish we could post videos o here 🙂 but hes adorable ma sha Allah I'm so in love and his father is completely obsessed with him

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
