What kind of sushi rolls besides California can you have while pregnant? I’m not pregnant yet but…

I don’t eat seafood but I was watching the try guys today and the dr on there said American sushi is frozen to stop any bacteria before it is served... so that kind is safe for pregnancy. But I honestly don’t know much about it since I hate fish lol.

@amberspringer, nothing kills the bacteria in fish unless it’s cooked. It’s also a mercury thing I think idk lol

@incognit0, how tf am i supposed to know if it’s cooked or not? 😂 I get this one roll and it’s cooked a little bit but then there’s pieces in it that are completely raw and a raw piece on top of it

Sweet potato, avocado and cucumber rolls are delicious in any combination. Most sushi places have vegetable options. Sweet potato is my favorite pregnant or not.
