Is it bad that I’m finna be 38 weeks and my belly has barley dropped any dr told me I’m dilated 1 in a half and 50% efaced and that they could feel top of baby boy head but that my cervix was still kinda high and hard I’m due in 17 days do u guys think he will come on my due date or late this is my second baby also been having so much pressure down there that when I walk or sit or pee tmi or anything it literally feels like his head gonna pop out it hurts so bad

True just saying what the dr said they told me dilating is sign of labor starting
Well they said I’m dilating that that’s a sign of labor and that they can feel his head but they said no telling if he will come early in his due date or late
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?

It can change so quickly, try not to worry. Baby will come when baby is ready. At 38wks I was at a 3 and 80% thinned, so I thought I’d be having my baby early. 3wks later I was at almost a 4, then was induced. Even with induction, it took something like 36hrs of pitocin for me to make any progress. I was on pitocin for a total of 48hrs before I finally had her. Dilation doesn’t mean too much lol
