Do she sweat any that happened to my second oldest and still do but he have really bad I mean really sensitive skin and eczema you can rub his face and it will look just like that I get scared and take him to the dr and they prescribed him cream cause it started making him bleed

I doubt it’s HFM unless she’s been in contact with someone with it or has sores in and around her mouth, but there’s no sores around her mouth which is usually a telltale sign. It looks like just really bad baby acne. It’ll peak and then start to get better. If it doesn’t start to get better, it could be an intolerance to something in her breast milk or formula.

Did u switch any thing laundry soap or baby soap ?

Try coconut oil.
