@excited4mb, avoid walking around barefoot.... don't drink cold drinks (I know it's freaken hot) try teas....avoid heavy red meats...continue to wrap ur belly. Avoid alcohol especially beer. It took 9 months to make ur babies. Once you have more time focus on fitness. That's just advice from my grandma / mom gave me from back in the day.
@a.lares, how does walking barefoot affect the belly? It’s summer time where I am so I’ve been drinking ice cold water. I had to stop drinking tea a while back because it stained my teeth.
Yes I’ve started going to the gym more and taking group fitness classes.
@excited4mb, they are just old wives tales I followed I guess it's helps with the swelling going down in your body. Same with the bare feet thing. My mom would scream at me to put on shoes if not I would keep my post partum belly. Kinda like when older women drink a warm cup of water before bed or early morning? My grandma used to do this.

@a.lares, I did that right from the hospital. It seemed like it was working at first but the belly is still big.
