I'm feeling really worried because I was up all night vomiting its the very first time I've ever vomited in my pregnancy I'm 29 weeks an 1 day it started right after I finished counting his 10 kicks is it something I should be worried about?

I'm only 6 weeks pregnant. I hardly vomit I sure do get noxious though. do any of you mommies vomit after taking prenatal pills 😩😳?
