Any mama's out there have problems going #2 after labor? I'm 6 wks postpartum and I can't go worth anything.

@cubannblackhoneydippedprincess I have mine 1 teaspoon coffee, 3 sugars and 2 teaspoons of Milo. My cold ones are the Dare Iced Mocha

I found that after having ds that I had regular BM's by having a hot mocha or a cold one. Still works till this day for me
Try drinking pure juices. Prune, Orange etc as they're a natural laxative, and stay really hydrated. The softer the stool the easier it will be to pass x
I still havw stopl softener from the de he said to take it 2x and day as needed...
PS I cant believe our babys are already 6 wks old...😭😭😭
