Try drinking pure juices. Prune, Orange etc as they're a natural laxative, and stay really hydrated. The softer the stool the easier it will be to pass x
I did when I had my first daughter that I had premature and lost, I ended up having to take a laxative for it, your body takes a bit to go back to normal after childbirth.
PS I cant believe our babys are already 6 wks old...😭😭😭
