In all seriousness, my lactation consultant told me to wait 1.5hrs per alcoholic beverage. She also said that you would have to be super wanted to bother ur breastmilk for baby. I'm talking blackout alcohol poisoning kinda drunk. Good luck mama
Don't pump and dump if you can help it (I mean pump to keep from being engorged, but not just to dump, but do dump if pumped while drinks are in your system)... but your body will clear the alcohol out of your milk like it does your blood, just have to give it time... there are also milk screening kits

In our birth class the instructor told us it was fine to have 1 or 2.
