I'm all for People can change #1 except for someone who can kill a person in this situation and go on Like Nothing(psychopath) yrs ago I had a close friend her man died walking across the street while working out of town...he was super young they just had a 3 month old baby..1 car hit him in 1 direction and a car on opposite side of street hit him again BOTH cars took off(People are More Animalistic than animals its a sad world at times
