This feet an ankle swelling from this postpartum is starting to work a nerve any advice

Omg it was worse than tha pregnancy!

Omg mine were so much worse after I delivered. I had to take a fluid pill

@mikidsfirst, i had it a few weeks before I delivered. But i was referring to EVERYTHING else that made me uncomfortable during the pregnancy lol. It was worse than all those other things I went thru. They bever gave me anything either. Just had to wait it out.

It did work and no my mama just gave me one of hers to take for 2-3 days. One a day and it helped a lot. Peed like crazy and the swelling went down tremendously

You can also try compression socks to help with the swelling
