Worst heartburn/acid reflux,... I puke from it just about every day. I’ve been taking Prilosec and Zantac and neither is helping! 😩 Anyone know of anything else that will get rid of it? I’m miserable 😭

Have you tried vitamin b-12? Also, my midwife told me to try papaya enzyme pills or eating papaya.
I also eat ice cream and it helps. Something about the dairy. I hate milk, so I haven’t tried that, but I’ve heard it works.

@lulu85_18, thank you I will try that! I’ve tried milk and it doesn’t help. I eat tums like candy and they help for like 5 minutes. It’s been awful, I wake up with it!
