Everyone keeps telling me boys are easier to potty train than girls so if that’s the case I’m scared when my daughter gets old enough to start cause my youngest son is making me lose my mind potty training him
I always heard boys were easier & it tested true for me. My son was completely Day & night potty trained at 1yr&10mths. But every child is different.
He’ll get the hang of it.
Girls tend to catch on to that kind of stuff faster. Statistically girls are usually more linguistic and intellectual while boys are physical.
@nicole844, exactly that’s why I’m just starting now that he’s 3 because he just wasn’t ready before drove his doctor crazy that I didn’t have him already potty trained when I took him for his check up
@tiredmomof3 I know exactly how you feel. All kids are different and they will eventually when there ready. It doesn't help when you have people telling you that they should be already. Or tell you how you should be doing it when you've literally tried everything and don't want to force them.
Well that makes me feel a lot better ladies because I feel like I’m losing my mind trying to get my youngest son potty trained lol
I've always heard the opposite. My first son was hard he didn't till he was 4. My second son was so easy he had it down in 3 days with no accidents. My 3rd son was hard he wasn't till 4 and he had a lot of accidents. My daughter didn't want to she's 3 and she just recently has been for about 3 weeks now. She's been really good just put up a fight not wanting to till now
My daughter was super easy to potty train. She wanted to wear all the cute undies .. and we told her if she was having accidents she couldn’t wear them and would have to go back to a pull up... and only ever had 1 accident and she was on her way to the bathroom but just didn’t make it in time
I’ve never heard that, boys are harder. My daughters were potty trained by 2 my son by 2.5.
