I did amazon and target...hardly anyone purchased anything off my target registry but I did use the completion discount to get some things I had my eye on. Amazon was definitely where everyone seemed to shop at.
I also registered at babies r us and buy buy baby but mostly just to get the welcome gift and completion discounts. Obviously babies r us didn’t work out very well but I still got the sign up gift :) Good luck!
