Ok mom I went to the Dr today baby is fine but I'm losing weight and not gaining . I can eat a whole pizza and 16 wing by myself. Idk what to do help

My doctor said the same thing early on. I didn’t worry about it because I knew I would gain later, which was the case. I wouldn’t stress out about it already.
