Am I the only one who loves their mil! She’s my “mom” and she’s always an amazing women she accepted my oldest at the age of 5 like he was her grandson!

My MIL is planning on staying in the hospital the entire time I’m in labor. I don’t want that. Any tips on how to deal with this? Why can’t my MIL understand that labor is private for us😩 And when the baby is here she’s never going to leave us or the baby alone. She’s really testing my patience😡
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
So my daughters pedi said to give my lo 6ml of amoxicillin 2 times a day she’s a doc and I’m sure it’s fine but I’ve never heard of this before ? She’s only 6 weeks
I’m genuinely trying to do this self soothing thing. She’s screaming even though she’s clean, dry and fed, her temperatures fine. She screamed for at least 10 minutes 😩😩I had to just go on about my business. It’s not easy😩😩but it had to be done

I got lucky with my mother in law also! She has never said no to watching my babies. She also watches them for free 4-5 days a week! She’s amazing! We got lucky!

@katielemaster, that’s amazing that’s how mine is too! She understands he struggle of taking two toddlers somewhere, she’s always taking one of them for me for the day, sometimes for her both are a bit much

I love my mil too! She has always accepted my oldest as her grandson and treats him exactly the same as my niece and younger son. She even offered for him to come and spend the summer with them! She always send both of my kids "care" packages with toys and clothes. She's the best!

I love my MIL too! She's been in my life for the past 18 years, so we share so much family history together now. She is a great grandma to my son! ❤️❤️❤️
