Been spotting now (just there when i wipe) for 6days it has gone brown now so I'm thinking it was an end period as I normally bleed for 6-7days too the epu said it wasn't nothing to worried about as there was no pain or dark red blood or clots which is a relief I get to see stubborn bean (nickname) again on sat I'm so excited I should be 7 week on sat fingers crossed the baby has grown and heartbeat has got faster,but babies holding on and I've also stopped smoking too I have patches and inhaler to help been 2days has anyone else stopped smoking and how did they find??? Honestly I hadn’t been smoking for long when I became pregnant and tbh it was just mind over matter and the baby needs me to not. You’ve just got to do the best you can

Thanks guys ☺ I stopped with my other two and regret so much for starting again after they were born lol but I'm determined to be as healthy as I can for my baby he/she needs it I want them getting the smoke it has been hard not guna lie but I'm getting help and see a consultant every week at the chemist for it so yeah all good so far xx
