I’ve been having preterm contractions for about 3-4 weeks. I’ve been monitored and everything. They just told me to take it easy. Thanks for the advice though :)

I'd mention it to your doctor, it could be you are dehydrated and your uterous is getting irritated (it happened to me Monday)
