I just woke up and did my regular morning throw up. & usually after that I would be able to make me some food and it would digest normally but now? I can’t even eat my food without feeling sick!🤢 helppppp all I’m drinking is water but I’m starving!!

Yup. It be like that. Hopefully it gets better I feel for u girl. I had to try different things and switch up to feel better. I got ginger chews. They taste really good from trader Joe's. And then I had ginger snaps and ginger ale 7up. What helped the most was eating a few crackers as soon as I woke up . I had it BAD so if those things worked for me I'm sure it would work for you.

I lived off applesauce,saltine crackers and 7up during my first trimester!

Crackers, light fruit like watermelon and you could try some 7up or Sprite to help settle your stomach, that's really all I could do to help even nausea and getting food down.
