For most people, who do not have other health complications, losing weight is basic math. You need to burn more calories then you eat. That said, if you don’t want to exercise you need to figure out how many calories you burn a day based on your age and weight. They have fitness calculators that you can download to help figure that out. Once you have that number you can gauge to aim with keeping your calorie intake below that.

My god brother did an all seafood diet I believe it was only fish 🐟 and he was able to loose alot of weight. And there is this tea called teami ive used it before it works on your tummy reduced bloating and flattens it i really recommend the 30 day detox

@queenteria, what sunflower fields said. You can try specialty diets like Keto and stuff but that’s more of a lifestyle. Once you go stop it or have a cheat meal you have to start over so it’s not worth it. Just eating better and balanced and water. Water and lemon is my favorite.

You actually lose weight by your dieting habits not exercise. Exercise can help but it’s more for toning.
