Gained 3 lbs in a week.... pretty sure it's water weight my feet and hands are so puffy

@ricky-bobby I just had an appt yesterday. She just said drink loads of water. It's been really hot here and I've been outside doing the cook out thing for 2 days I think that's messes me up. If it doesn't go down today I'm going to call the dr.

I gained 4 pounds in one week. But I'm not swollen anywhere.
