Lol! I have a three tier utility cart! Diapers, wipes, nipple cream, onesies, burp cloths. Second shelf has extra receiving blankets and “changing pads”. Just roll it to me and roll away when I’m down. I don’t formula feed but I have a bottle of water for myself.

Pro tip: add ziplock bags to put the dirty diapers in, they keep the funk in nicely 👍🏻
