I woke up at 6:30 am to pee and just kept having small gushes of water as I walked away from the toilet. I was getting my older kids ready for school and felt like I kept peeing on myself. That's when it hit me that it was my water. Husband took the kids to school and came back to take me to L and D. I placed towels down in the truck seat and every bump we hit more water would come out. When we made it to triage they put me in a wheel chair and had me wait for a room to get cleaned when my water broke completely. It was like a warm waterfall. It just kept coming out and coming out. I wasn't having contractions at all. So they hung Pitocin on me and got labor started.

I got induced and it's like a huge warm gush. Kind of like you're peeing uncontrollably. Not sure how it is when it breaks naturally.

I went for a wee, came out the bathroom and sat down on the edge of the bed and just felt a bit more wee come out 😂 no big pop or anything like that, just a constant trickle within half hour I was soaking through maternity pads. I phoned OH at the gym, we'd an argument over something petty and his reply was 'phone the hospital then' only after I had phoned them and phoned him back did he go into panic mode.. He thought I was taking the piss because we'd had a row 😂😂

I was supposed to be induced at 4am but was too excited so didn't sleep til 12 but I really wanted him to break his water instead of the Dr doing so and stressing him out so we tried having sex with me on top and I ended up waking up at 3am and as I was getting up I heard and felt a pop and I went to the rr and woke him up saying my water broke and we were just really happy but I was worried about me leaking everywhere which I was lol my pad filled up fast and it just kept sprinkling out lol but everything went good. Praying my son breaks his water as well so I don't have to worry about him stressing. I guess I feel its a sign that they're telling me they're ready to come out.

I'm interested in this too, 'cause they had to break my water at the hospital.

All of my labors my water broke at the hospital. Always felt so strange like a gush of warm water. I really hate the tool they use to break it. It’s like a long crotchet needle
