So annoyed because my boyfriend grandma wants to come see my baby but she smells like nothing but cigarettes and she always wants to hold her and feed her and burp her. 😭 she’s not even a week old. I hate when she comes. She thinks because she’s 75 she can tell us what to do. She even gave my baby water😭 I have really bad anxiety about her. I know this is kind of mean but idk what to do. I know she won’t harm the baby I just don’t want her to touch her. Maybe I’ll take my baby away to breast feed when she comes so she won’t touch her😭 idk what to do. I don’t want to tell my boyfriend because he’ll get offended probably. She even thinks to come over here while he’s at work to see the baby. She told him she’ll watch the baby while I go off and do stuff that I need to do. But I don’t need to do anything. 😭😭 yesterday I even cried about this 😭😭😣😞

It can cause tension but tell her no smoking when she’s visiting and she has to change into a clean shirt when she visits. My brother had my mom do this and she was pissed aboutnit at first but it worked.
it happens usually with granmas etc but its YOUR baby and u shouldnt be stressed about it you have the right to tell her how you like things done and if she doesnt follow your rules then bye bye 👋. Try not to be super neurotic about it but if my husbands granma was giving my 1 week old water id be like please dont do that, if she did it again i would tell her that i want to be with the baby on my own
Just tell them both how you feel. Your not wrong and it's YOUR baby. I was afraid people would get mad at me too in the beginning but oh well. Your baby's safety comes first and what you want.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
