Had to leave work early last night cause I was having swaying feelings like I'm gonna throw up, and my stomach cramping hard... the second that I would start to feel better it would sway back the other way... I spoke to my doctor turns out I got dehydrated due to the heat (I worked in a 90 house for two different 13 hr shifts this weekend, and was in the middle of another 6 hr shift yesterday when I was done in) and the dehydration irritated my uterous making it cramp and that made me nauseous.... dehydration is for the birds... I'm better today but still recovering, I'm glad my babies are okay. He said at that heat it was only a matter of time before I got sick from dehydration
