My daughter is 13lbs and I give her 2.5 mL as directed by her pediatrician when she needs it.

@iwannaplay, the prescription one I have says the same thing of the store bought one that I have. I made sure I checked that ahead of time to see if that was why but with the chart up there I see it’s just the weight difference and times that contribute I guess

The only thing you have to watch is mg/ml some are concentrated and that will change the dose

@ss3mom, yeah it helped. I also think on the prescription bottle it says 3 ml because instead of your average Tylenol that says every 4-6 hours as needed .. the bottle says 3ml strictly every 6 hours as needed. So it sound pretty much spot on. I usually don’t have prescription Tylenol so I didn’t really know

I’d go by the weight/dose on the bottle of the meds. That’s always what I used when giving meds
