I breastfeed and give formula. But I really want my son to eat food. Formula getting expensive and quite frankly I’m sick of breastfeeding. I wish he would take baby food. Even once or twice a day.
With all this food being posted I thought this might be fun.
ANOTHER RANT...I think it's bull crap that I can't get approved for Wic because I'm on food stamps...just because mommy and daddy need help doesn't mean baby doesnt. I mean if I have food stamps don't give the food coupons...just formula and other things. I hate indiana...and hardly enough for andy and I to survive yet alone a Ford formula for alex..ugh I need to go back to school and get a damn good job!
Anyone else pregnant & crave spicy foods, salsa or even just junk food? I normally don’t eat salsa but being pregnant I want some! I also crave a lot of junk foods & spicy foods 😩😩😩

Ugh I did not miss preparing for hurricanes. ☹ shopping today so we're stocked up on formula, water and food that won't go bad.

Do baby Leed weaning. Bottle then table food. Also, a lot of doc offices will give you formula samples.

Even if he starts eating food, he should still be taking in the same amount of breast milk or formula for a while.

If doctor says it ok to start foods my daughter started eating veggies and fruits her favorite is apples bananas and green beans 3 times a day and helped alot good luck mom try to pump more milk and store so you dont have to spend on formula

@mrs.letty.luna, doctor said it was okay at 4 months. I just started maybe two weeks ago though. My body hates a pump. I’m fine with breastfeeding I just would love him to begin eating food too in hopes after he is one we can slow this breastfeeding rain down really.

Hopefully at one he'll transition to whole milk to help ease the burden. My daughter never took to it, but I thinks she's more of the exception.
