Help!
I’m almost 28 weeks and I’ve been having horrible pain/pressure in my pelvic area. Dr said it’s normal but it’s so bad when tossing and turning while laying down or even getting up after sitting for a bit, is this normal? Does it go away eventually? Any tips to relieve the pain and pressure?
@melissaredfield87, I’ve heard about those belts, I’ll have to try and see if that helps. I’ve been dealing with it for awhile now but I’m finally over it and want relief lol
@alexxpeters96, I also experience the same thing but only on my left side of pelvic/hip/groin area sometimes it’s so bad my sciatic nerve hurts too and all the way down my left leg and it is normal my doctor said it’s due to pressure of the baby pushing on a nerve also my doctor suggested a pregnancy belt and I also saw a physical therapist before but what really helps me is stretching and yoga! The pain goes away after labor but for now it sucks
I have the same thing it's awful, I heard a chiropractor can help
@alexxpeters96, if it doesn’t feel right don’t hesitate to get checked! Doesn’t hurt to know what’s going on.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
