I give mad props to the ladies +20 weeks and still in the exercise game. I probably would be still, if I would have kept my momentum up.
But stopping like I had too, with everything going on at the time - losing home, etc ...now I just ain't got it in me anymore - and with my schedule and my "condition" (the condition of being pregnant lol, hot easier, uncomfortable, hormonal) - I just ain't got it in me anymore... 😫

I didn’t have it in me either when I was pregnant. I figured at least my legs were getting stronger, walking with that belly! I hope things are better for you now!

Don't feel bad... You can pick it back up later. I took a pause in the first trimester & picked it back up around month 4 or 5. I did have to change the time & way I worked out (no more running in the park in the afternoon) but I still got my sweat on & my energy level increased tremendously. Don't give up hope. Where there's a will there's a way!

@terieg Yeah, I'm second shift now and the small window of time I have it's extremely hot unless I get up super early and I can't because most of the night I'm tossing and turning or peeing, lol. So by that time I'm just getting in a good sleep.
@rowdy-vajazzy thanks hun

@angelfoodcake 2nd shift is the worst! It totally messes up your timing to do anything! I would say try after work, but the thought of that makes me laugh & cringe at the same time! I wouldn't worry about it... Sometimes working out is an option, sometimes it's not. It'll work out either way... *no pun intended* 🙂

My OB told me to take it easy so I don't end up in the hospital again. So no more working out for me. ☹️

@aengs2 Awww dang, what happened the first time ?

@angelfoodcake, I was constantly running around, chasing my son, getting my daily exercise, and lifting heavy things. I ended up in the hospital due to a few episodes of bad spotting and cramps. My OB told me I need to chill out and not do any of those things anymore. She wants me to just lay on the couch. Ugh!

@aengs2 Oh I see, so yeah she relax while you can lol - binge on tv or books. Glad you're doing better now.
