Hi I’m Erin I just found out that I’m pregnant probably about four weeks, I went to the hospital for a bacterial infection in my blood and found out that I’m pregnant BIG SURPRISE because I’ve had cancer twice, I’m diabetic, I’m in kidney failure and have to do dialysis every Tuesday Thursday Saturday but since I’m pregnant now I have to do it every day for six hours. Doctors have said that I have a very high risk of miscarriage; which Is what happened last time I was pregnant but I have a different feeling about this baby I really feel like this “Peanut” is going to make it even if we have to take it as soon as it’s viable....

Welcome Erin ❤️❤️ I’m so sorry you have to go through this. Good prayers go out to you for a healthy pregnancy 😊 don’t stress just take it easy day by day and eat healthy and I think you should be fine😉 I’m not really sure what dialysis are but my grandmom has to go 3 times a day before she passed away. I hope everything works out best for you hunny

Congrats on the pregnancy! Praying everything will go fine and you’ll have a healthy baby. I was diagnosed with kidney disease as a child never knew what type. I found out I was pregnant February 27th. Knew it was going to be high risk had multiple blood tests done and everything was looking good. Until my new kidney doctor got a test back and urged me to go to the ER while he was boarding a plane. He said I had kidney failure and should be treated immediately. The hospital did all the tests checked baby everything was fine. My levels have been the same since I was a teen so it was pointless for all the urgency. The blood pressure pills were helping they upped the dose on one of them and my levels improved a little. But the stress from all that and being in the hospital also prior in that week my OB told me that I wasn’t the healthiest person to be pregnant and that in-fact I shouldn’t be pregnant and she asked me if I wanted to stay pregnant. I was feeling really low and stressed. Within 4 days of leaving the hospital my water broke on that Tuesday. I was having contractions Wednesday night was in the labor ward all night to track them baby had heartbeat that night the following morning they couldn’t find her heartbeat. I opted in to having a DNC but there was no doctor available until the following Monday. My body naturally had the baby on that Friday tho, May 18th, and everything was fine afterwards. I just wished the doctors had more compassion in keeping the baby and I healthy instead of making it a very scary and stressful experience.
