Baby girl is running a fever... I'm so worried. She was at 102.3 around 4pm today and I have her meds and it dropped. Now her temp is up again but idk how high. I don't want to check because she's asleep next to hubby. If I move her she'll wake and cry and then hell will brake lose if hubby wakes up... I'm so worried now. Ugh. Praying she's ok soon. Going to try and sneak meds into her sleep eating habit.

Take her temp under her arm...also when a child has a fever don't use a blanket it traps in fever..Also fevers always get higher in the night when the body is at rest...if she wakes up and its very high give a cool bath .towel dry good Put out on a diaper after and a onesie...I like to use a cool towel on their head and feet thru out night...teething also at times can cause a fever

She just woke up. Took temp and it's 104. Just gave her 2.5ml of acetaminophen. Not sure what else to do.

@kaytibug2009, I would take her to the er. Those are pretty high temps and don't seem to want to go away.
