@jaygirls, see my 1st pregnancy I didn’t have none of this I just had morning sickness but I was sick for the whole 4months back pain cramps etc I’m sorry but it’s just horrible for me I thank god for my blessing tho

@brorie12 my back pain started at 6 weeks and the pharmacists recommended this when he saw me buy an icy hot and I asked if I can use it while pregnant.

Use a pillow between your legs any time you are sitting or laying, heating pad, and vicks.
