I haven’t gotten dehydrated at all my entire pregnancy and I have a huge feeling this weekend is going to be when I do. Ugh not looking forward to this heat and humidity!

I’ve been bringing along with me a refillable water bottle that has a brita filter in it. I got it from Target. It helps keep me hydrated.

@tmsbabygirl2011, today was hot though! I also drank some coconut water because it helps replace your electrolytes.

@penelope127, oh my god yes it was!! I didn’t end up getting dehydrated just a lot of back pain.
