So my period completely skipped this last month. I'm sure it's just my PCOS acting up again. This used to happen all the time. But there's that little nagging voice in my head that keeps telling me to pee on a stick, but I'm too scared to actually do it! PCOS sucks!!!

Ok I wasn’t sure what u wanted lol. Happy it’s negative. So sorry about the PCOS. My sil has it and she needed IVF to have kids. She tells me it’s terrible. And I hear ya on the no more kids thing lol. I’m totally done after the 2 I have. That’s plenty for me to handle. Sometimes it’s too much for me to handle lol!! However thanks to u my 3 year old has been amazing lately!! We are having some problems at bedtime again. He wants dad to put him to bed them he wants me then back to dad. It’s becoming like an hour ordeal!! I may have to pm u for some advice. Sorry for ranting on your post lol!!

DH was up before me so I couldn't test discretely. I'll test before we head to the park this morning. Pretty sure it's going to be negative. If it's still a slight positive then I'll know it's just the pcos because if it was a real pregnancy it would be a lot darker by now.
@cams I bought 2 more tests. No period yet. I'll test in the morning and update right after.

I don't have one yet. I haven't told dh about my fears and I haven't made it to the store yet for another test. I should have stocked up last time I went, but I wasn't thinking ahead.
@yayacarrington pcos is fucking awful. Ill be the odd one out and say i didnt see a line 🤷♀️ but my phones busted so i dont see anything hardly. Lol. Id restest if you were worried though. Ive started back to missing periods every now and then again. But were somewhat trying ( if it happens it happens).
@cams Nope. I'm a big chicken and I'm not ready to face the possibility. I'm thinking that it really is just the pcos and I scared myself for nothing. I will update when I test again. If it's still coming up with a faint positive I'll go in for blood work.
Update ! Did you get a new test? Or at least one for tomorrow’s FMU?
@rowdy-vajazzy, I think it’s that ovulation test kits might not work for ladies with PCOS. The test is to detect LH in the system and PCOS women have an elevated level lots of the time, particularly if your cycles have been irregular. But I’m certainly no expert. 🤷🏼♀️

I don’t know where I read this so I could be wrong here, but I think I read that if you have PCOS, you could have a small amount of hcg in your urine and get faint positives. Has anyone else heard this? Or am I just making up stuff in my head to make yaya feel better?

@yayacarrington, my one year old was conceived after my husband had a vasectomy. We were giving the all clear after his 3rd sperm count and 4 months later I got pregnant. So he side eyed until he got another sperm count, where it showed he had live sperm again. He had to have it redone and I got my tubes tied just in case.😂

@yayacarrington, have you been having any hot flashes at all since you did bring up about menopause. I have been for a couple of years but my cycle is good still. I can’t wait for that stage to come.But it takes a while😫
@mhbb3 Honestly, I would be panicked. I feel like I've moved well past the baby phase. I haven't had any of my usual pregnancy symptoms, so I'm hoping it's just my pcos. The only thing that worries me is that I've been regular for the last 6 cycles and now I've missed one.

I think you should pee on the potentially expired one and then test in the morning again.
@yayacarrington 😂 sounds like something my hubby would do! Lol I will still be waiting with bated breath! It will eat away at me all day until I know! Dh wants a vasectomy too and I was like hell nah, at least one more! That will be 4 for him and 2 for me.
@mamagunn.no.1 Our first two babies were fertility drug babies. Our last one was a surprise. Dh got snipped before he was even born. We are so done!
Pretty sure dh would accuse me of having an affair just because he wouldn't want to believe that he went through the snip for nothing. 😂
I vote for pee on the phone too! 😂 PCOS does suck, but after 3 yrs of failed fertility drugs amd trying, the second we stopped trying I was pregnant. I thought it was pcos playing up, but tested anyway and got the shock of my life! I will be waiting with bated breath 😣
