@sara87 having your own family so far away and feeling like you have noone you can truly rely on is the hardest definitely. My husband's brothers and sisters have so much going on themselves I never feel like I can rely on them and my family are 250miles away but still I've realised having them on the phone even has been such a huge support for me.

@vixster That's a truth that I often need someone to smack me over the head with, I'm in a deadly cycle where I know they just need me and my love and that they forget my mistakes, but I'm so stressed about giving them the best me that I'm becoming the worst me and then I feel so deflated that I'm failing at it all. Sigh. Luckily husband does try and remind me this

I can relate to this hun I only have 1 and she is nearly 2 in September n seriously I struggle everyday as I am doing it all alone all of my family are In Bristol and my in laws r all here n it's just not the same but I just take everyday as it comes if it gets to much for Me I just breath in n out heavily n that does help a lot

I’ve been there hun and still am there tbh. I’ve felt better recently. But the pressures of life are unbearable sometimes. I ended up getting some help from the dr who prescribed me medication which I can take when I feel any anxiety kicking in as I really isn’t want anti depressants. Speak to your dr there’s loads of ways they can help.
