Any other mamas out there getting super tension in their arch of their feet by any chance? It comes and goes all week and currently hurts to stand on. Any suggestions?

I get it in one of my feet. My arch fell with my last pregnancy so I had to get custom insoles. It's back just as bad this time but a lot sooner.

Eeeeekkkk that's no bueno. My mom thinks it's from the pregnancy weight. I just put muscle cream on it and it seems to help.
