They usually wait until then because then they can give you a more accurate reading as to what you are having and it's easier to do the anatomy scan. They also say too many ultrasounds aren't good for baby

Unless you’re willing to go to a private practice and pay out of pocket, there’s really nothing else you can do. 🤷🏻‍♀️
