*TMI POST* I've been having awful pains in my vagina when I get up from sitting even worse when I get up from lying down. My doctor says it's normal, anyone else have this and found any ways to make it less painful? I dread getting up because of it 😣 my doctor suggested a chiropractor but I don't want to spend money on all that. Ugh starting to feel miserable.

I had that problem from early on. You just have to be always conscious of it so you really dont hurt yourself. Move slowly especially when changing sides or getting up

Aww man! Poor thing. May not b long now sounds like baby pressing on U hard. Try a warm bath and heating pad

It's not what they call lightening crotch either this is my third pregnancy and I've never felt this before it's more of a pressure hurting feeling.
