I keep losing weight .. before I got pregnant with my son I was a size 10, right after him I was a 6, now I am a 0/2. I eat healthy and a lot to be honest for the most part. I drink a lot of water. Any tips on how to gain weight? I am anemic but i take medicine.

As long as baby is gaining and growing and you are eating all should be ok. Everyone’s body is different. With my last pregnancy I lost 10 lbs and only gained a little at the end. And all I did was eat. A week postpartum I was almost 8 lbs less than what I was before I was pregnant. And this pregnancy I am 31 weeks only gained 3-4 lbs. as long as your doctor isn’t concerned you should be fine. I have just been told to give into some of them cravings. Eat more pizza and ice cream because of the fat in them. As for the anemia there are so many iron rich foods you can eat as well. I was anemic last pregnancy as well and hated the pills. So I would eat a lot of eggs, broccli, red meat, shrimp, cereal and make sure to also have vitamin c to help absorb the iron. Pinterest is good for iron rich diets and dinner ideas.
Also did you breast feed? That’s a natural way to lose weight. Possibly that could have contributed to the weigh loss after he was born as well.

check your thyroid, it sounds like it could be a thyroid problem

If you’re eating healthy and feel good weight doesn’t really matter. I’ve only gained 5 pounds , if that.

I had trouble gaining weight in the beginning of my pregnancy too. I wouldn’t worry about it unless you start to lose a significant amount of weight. I was only 84 pounds before I got pregnant, and severely struggled gaining weight also. But now at 31 weeks I’m 126 pounds! As long as your eating well then your fine! 😊 best of luck!
