Moms is it true that sitting in a hot bath in early pregnancy can cause a miscarriage? I like to soak in a bubble bath to relax and ease some of the Lower back pain i get from time to time. I'm only 6 weeks.

Hot baths aren't good, it can cause babies to over heat in the womb but warm baths are OK just can't go over like 101 degrees or something like that. It's usually recommended to bath in body temp water and with Jacuzzis, you can go in them but for no longer than 10 min and the temp still can't be above 101

I don’t know about the hot baths. I always heard not to go in a jacuzzi. Like @db413 said, I think the water can’t go past a certain temp.

I don’t know about miscarriage but it can cause things to go wrong with the growth of the baby.

I took a hot bath during the whole first trimester I didn't know I was pregnant baby turned out just fine

I took baths my whole pregnancy and was fine. Just make sure it’s not to hot.
