Just noticed a red rash (spots) sort of thing on my little girls face, tummy and back. What can that be ?

I know it's horrible, I'm like it too but I've seen that kind of heat rash that many times I calm down a little haha. I start to question myself like what if it was something and I didn't do anything about it. Xx

@natalie2255 should be okay hun, it's hot and sweaty this weather is. Samuel's been in just a nappy all week in the day because he's just too sweaty xx

It looks like heat rash to me does it fade when it's pressed on / glass rolled over it x
