Heart rates Back at my NT scan Baby A's heart rate was high in the 167 range with Baby B lower at 152.

I'm having b/b twins and their heart rate baselines range from 135 to 150 and they spike down to 105 and up to 185 during accels and decels. They are rarely right at the same rate.

I am having b/g twins and their heats beats are very close. Last appt one was 147 and the other 145.

I have two girls and one can be as low as 140's and as high as 170's. Just depends on any given moment how active they are.

I agree-don't think heart rates tell a lot. At my US they are very close and having b/g twins and even at Nonstress tests they are always hard to tell apart

Mine are both girls and their heart rates differ every time. Its usually because 1 is active and 1 is asleep so Im not sure that you can tell much from just the HRs alone
