Hello ladies I'm new to your group. I found out last week I'm having twins at 6weeks. I would absolutely love and appreciate any advice you can lay on me. I am a FTM and been trying to have a baby for the last 3 years with 3 mc along the way. I'm beside myself excited to be joining your group!

That's a long list Deanor I thank you for it and I will get started on it right away haha. Pickle thanks for the welcome and I agree with you on the amazing ladies part.

Welcome! I'm a FTM with twin b/g that are now 8 1/2 months!! :)
Advice: Things I did. Might not be for everyone tho!! I carried mine full term. Was enduced at 38 weeks! They probably would have stayed in longer!
Drink LOTS of water
Rest whenever you can
Get a wedge for bedtime. You will be on your side for ever!! LOL!
Tell your spouse that you will be taking over the bed soon!!
I was up more than 5 times a night to pee from the start (slowed down in the middle for a while)
Dont over do it
Get good shoes if your going to be on your feet a bunch.
Eat breakfast and Eat right before bed
Have crackers by bedside (for fighting morning sickness if you get it) and for mid night snacking!
Don't tell everyone yet!! What a great secret to have while you can! ;)
Take pictures to compare your belly to your singleton friends!
If your doc. Says you can go off work early. Go off work early!
Learn to accept any "language" you will get from strangers. Eg: "was it natural?" "I know a friend of a friend that's a twin" "are they twins?" it can get overwhelming when they are born and all you went to shop for was milk and it takes 30 mins. But Be proud! (which I'm sure you are already! ;) )
This is such an exciting experience to have! Enjoy it all, even the aches and pains!!

Congrats and welcome! This sounds like my post a week ago (except I found out further along it was twins) :) these ladies in this group are wonderful. Take good care of yourself, take your prenatal vitamin, drink LOTS of water, and enjoy this time. Welcome & congrats again!
