??? HCG Diet ???
Can anyone help me out, I need real life information from people who tried this diet. Did you have success with it? Did you lose weight? Did it help you get pregnant? What exactly is it? How much does it cost etc. Thanks for the info.
Excellent thanks for the onto ladies I appreciate hearing both sides. I was looking at the drops as it's much cheaper. I also wasnt aware that it was that low calorie intake. I will think about it longer. Appreciated your input tho.
I myself tried the drops for a week, I lost 9 lbs. I then found out I was pregnant and stopped taking them. Once I deliver and stop breast feeding I will begin the diet again. My best friend and her daughter have been using them for about 6 months and each have lost about 50 lbs each. Personally idc wether it's the drops or the low calorie intake that does the job. The only thing that matters to me is that they worked for me and I got fast results. Everyone is different and each their own opinion. They worked great fir me and I'm going to buy more after I deliver and stop Brest feeding. The one month supply only costs about $40. Gnc is where I got mine;) good luck n I hope this helps you. Oh and idk if the drops helped in conceiving but I do know that losing a little weight does however boost fertility. ;)
lol I'm actually doing it I started yesterday...and just FYI you don't have to use the injections. I'm doing the drops.. people always think somethings a scam. if you haven't tried it don't down it. its not expensive hun! everyone that I know has had amazing progress on it. if you don't follow the instructions after your last dose.. you will gain.. after a few weeks your weight will stabilize.. no it doesn't help you get pregnant
To be more in depth for you, when I was on the drops, af was supposed to come on the 18, but hadnt come yet. That stressed me because I didn't want to mess with my cycle knowing we would continue TTC this month. So I upped my cal to 1200, and finally got af on the 22. I was not under dr care during my diet, but I think it's common sense, if u put your body in anorexic state (500 cal), you'll skip a period. Which is why when my cycle time came, I upped the cal intake.
Though the hcg dose for the diet is extremely small, compared to fertility treatments, I did read online it can increase your chances of a bfp, with a higher chance of multiple babies. Take it for what its worth, but I DID do the diet for the month of sept, I DID do research if it would hurt my chances of ttc, and I am now 5.2 weeks pregnant, and down 20 pds still. GL if you decide to do it
