Oh my goodness! For 2 days I have had a bad backache but only on the left side where my shoulder blade is!!!

Can I take Tylenol muscle ache and pain pills?

Or could be a muscle spasm. Try heat and massage.

@natcasey9, shoulder blade pain on the left can be referred pain from the appendix. Or a cardiac issue.

@cams appendix is right side and she said it's a backache where her shoulderblade is, last I knew your appendix was down farther
