I didn’t start gaining until after week 20 or so and I’m having twins. Now I’m 32 weeks and have gained 35 lbs 😳 so everyone is different. I’m sure it’s fine!

I’ve only gained around 6 lbs and my dr said my weight is great.. and they estimated my boy to weigh around 1 lb at 21 weeks.

I gained 23 lbs total with my first so I’m expecting the same this time.
