How many bottled waters should someone drink in a day?.

@jessig2006, okay that’s great that everything is good but that’s probably why she told you to cut back because the fluids will get high maybe?.

I try to drink ad much as I can especially when I wake up. My body let's me know when I need it bc I get thirsty and I can chug it without forcing it

@shay2beautiful I had an appointment and told her that I was constantly feeling thirsty and she asked how much water I drink. I said before pregnancy I drank about 96 ounces a day and I increased for pregnancy to 124 ounces. I don't drink soda or juice. About 5-6 ounces of coffee a few times a week but thats it then just water. She told me it was way to much. Fluids looked good in the anatomy scan and fetal echo we had done.

My doctor told me i was drinking to much water and made me cut back to only 64 ounces a day.

I drink about 60oz a day of water.

Half of your body weight in oz. if your 110lbs that's 55oz of water. Almost half a gallon
