My ob doesnt do birth control so now I have to attend a class on natural family planning. Does anyone else use this method and what challenges did you face in starting it?

I never had normal cycles and it took us over 5 years to get my first. Hoping they help me learn about my body and I remember to track it all. We'd like another child just not right after having one

Shes catholic and doesnt believe in contraceptive drugs. She said I can attend the classes if I'd like or be referred to a new ob.

@spookylyn, might be a Christian based practice. Either way, someone shouldn’t be forced to do something they’re not comfortable with, especially when it comes to how to prevent children if they don’t want them.
